The clearing of land can consists of multiple processes. The lay of the land and the work you want done determines the process and how long it will take (along with mother nature). We can start from the very beginning with a fully developed lot that hasn’t been touched or we can just help do some fine tuning on what you already have. As we work, we try to minimize the amount of damage that is done to the land. On most jobs we may need to install silt fence to help cut down on the amount of erosion from storm water runoff. We would be glad to help you figure out what your needs are and the process it will take to reach your ultimate goal.

Tree and Brush Removal – We can come in and remove trees, along with their roots, and underbrush. According to regulation of the area, we can burn, bury or haul off the unwanted debris.
Stump Removal – Sometimes the lot has already been timbered but the stumps were left behind. 4K would be glad to come in and dig up the stumps and grade the lot to give you a smoother area for utilization.
Grading – We can use multiple pieces of equipment to move dirt and to level out your, which can help with numerous drainage issues. Some other grading services consist of making house or garage pads, cutting in driveways, making construction entrances, swale ditches and more.
Pipe Work – We can install many different styles and sizes of pipes. Placing pipes in areas where you have water issues can help to divert water from one area to another. Pipes are also used to make driveways to give you access to your property from the road. More examples of pipe services are storm drain systems, big culverts pipe for road crossings and more.
